Anger itself is not sin even God was angry so many times as it is written in the Bible. But His anger is rightly. While God too can be angry, it is never sinful God is an honest judge. He is angry with the wicked every day (Psalm 7:11) And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Not obeying the Holy Spirit cost us so much and we can’t grow to be like Jesus. Proverbs 16:32 says He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.  Actually , compared to the offenses He must suffer, He is very “slow to anger” LORD is compassionate and merciful, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. (Psalm 103:8) Lord Jesus was angry about His Father house being used as market rather than worship place. So anger is not always wrong. Our reaction, however can be sinful. When we respond to anger in wrong ways, we can bring emotional, physical, and spiritual problem on ourselves and others. How can we be nice to outsiders but mean to those closest to us. Romans 3:11 says There is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. Who has been affected by your anger?  rejecting God and pursuing our own way. Psalm 37:8 says Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath. Anger Put Jesus on the Cross so that he pay the penalty for sin (Acts 2:22-24). Anger is like any other addiction , we feel guilty and ashamed after It’s a vicious cycle of self-destruction. The Bible says Do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God?. What’s captured your heart more than God’s way of walk in obedience is sin

Anger often has fear at the root with insecure, unsafe, untrusting heart looking for something from man that only God can give. Remember that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18) and always remember that you are perfectly loved by your God

In this you have done foolishly; therefore, from now on you shall have wars.”) (James 4:6 says “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”) So, if you are tired of anger you got to repent and ask the help of the Holy Spirit to get over it.
